Zhixuan (Jackson) Guo is a Doctoral Researcher and Senior Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Strategy and International Business group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He holds an M.Phil. in Urban Governance and Design from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou).

His research examines how multinational enterprises respond to sustainability pressures and societal expectations, with a particular focus on responsible divestment, ESG communication, and strategic adaptation. He studies how firms navigate institutional and stakeholder pressures, make strategic decisions around market exit and sustainability, and manage the social, environmental, and reputational consequences of these decisions.

His research draws on large-scale datasets and computational methods, including causal inference, machine learning, and big-data analytics, using Python, R, Stata, and ArcGIS.
