I am Associate Professor in Quantitative Analysis of Breast Cancer Screening at the Warwick Medical School. With a background in Mathematics, I obtained my Master's and PhD in Biostatistics from Hasselt University in Belgium. I specialise in analysis of linked population-based electronic health records and currently co-lead the project “A robust multiple imputation framework for dealing with missing data in electronic health records” funded by UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Research. I am Guest Editor for the BMC Public Health collection “Epidemiologic methods for addressing missing data in public health research”. I maintain research interests in inequalities in cancer care and cancer outcomes and do sit on the UK's National Health Service Race and Health Observatory's Academic Reference Group. I serve as Faculty for the international Corsican Summer School on Modern Methods in Biostatistics and Epidemiology held biennially in France. I have longstanding research and training collaboration with the University of Nairobi in Kenya and have previously been Visiting Faculty on Longitudinal Data Analysis at the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
