I am a former Research Councils United Kingdom fellow and currently Professor in Reproductive Medicine at Warwick Medical School. I am the current Head of the Directorate of Biomedical Sciences (BMS), lead for Scientific Operations (CSRL) and BMS steering group member. I am a member of the Wellbeing of Women scientific advisory committee and a scientific consultant to Ferring Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline.  I am a member of the Centre for Early Life and the Centre for Mechanochemical Biology.
